Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Services

Nader Alufuq Establishment provides digital services including UI/UX design, website design, digital marketing, marketing plans and strategies, and advertising services and campaigns.

All services are performed and delivered electronically according to the description of each product or package.

2. Orders and Payment

• The customer must review the service name, description, price, and included deliverables before completing payment.
• An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
• All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals unless otherwise stated.

3. Service Execution

We may request information or files from the customer in order to begin the work, such as:

• Business information
• Logo and brand identity
• Text and images
• Design requirements
• Marketing or advertising objectives

The delivery period may be affected if the customer delays providing the required information.

4. Service Delivery

All services are delivered digitally. Delivery may include:

• • PDF files
• • Figma files or links
• • Design files and images
• • Digital links & cloud storage
• • Marketing reports, plans, and strategies
• • Advertising materials & other digital files

5. Revisions

If revisions are included in the purchased package, they will be provided within the original scope of the service.

Additional requests or major changes to the project scope may require additional fees.

6. Marketing and Advertising Services

Nader Alufuq Establishment does not guarantee specific business results such as a certain number of sales, customers, website visits, or profits, as results depend on various factors outside our control.

Advertising budgets paid directly to advertising platforms are not included in the service price unless clearly stated otherwise.

7. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information and materials provided to us. The customer confirms that they have the right to use any images, logos, text, or other content submitted for the project.

8. Ownership and Use

After full payment and final delivery, the customer may use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose.

Drafts, unused concepts, internal working files, and unapproved materials may remain the property of Nader Alufuq Establishment unless otherwise agreed.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellation and refund requests are subject to the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website.

10. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy published on the website.

11. Third-Party Services

Some services may rely on third-party platforms or tools such as advertising platforms, Figma, hosting providers, or cloud storage services. Nader Alufuq Establishment is not responsible for outages, restrictions, or changes caused by third-party services outside our control.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
